Acorn Glass and Glazing provides a comprehensive property maintenance service to compliment the glazing work undertaken for customers. Although not the biggest name in maintenance, we are here to provide a first class service.

Managing Agent/Private Landlord?

It does not matter whether you are the owner/occupier, a private landlord with a single property to rent or a managing agent looking after several hundred, we undertake all our work with the same care and attention to detail as if your property were our own.

We can also provide our services for a wide range of other business interests, from offices and shop to hotels and licenced premises.

No Call - out Charge

We can work for you in several different ways.

Some customers prefer to buy all materials themselves asking us just to provide the labour. Others decide that they would like us to source all the materials necessary for the job. We do not mind either way. Our labour charges remain the same.

If you are a landlord or agent, it is often more cost efficient to give us 'shopping list' of other jobs to do, either in the same property or in the same area. We save on fuel, and you save on the overall cost of repairs. Iif the property is occupied, you have a very happy tenant who is less likely to leave.

As you can see from the above certificate, we have £5M public liability cover in place for your peace of mind and remember, there is no call-out charge for any of our services.
